dated room mediocre bathroom
the staff at reception WAS friendly and pleasant.
My room felt quite dated. the bathroom was mediocre. I REALLY wanted a shower instead of a bath. it was also TOO hot in the room.

convenient location spa cleanliness comfortable mattress
the location is convenient near the city center. the pool and spa offered relaxation and cleanliness. the room was clean the mattress was comfortable and the decor was nice I had an excellent buffet breakfast with a veggie option.
the room lacked air conditioning and a fridge I also missed having an iron and ironing board it seemed like standard amenities now. some updated features would improve comfort.

the club double room provided a comfortable sleeping space the room was cleaned daily by chambermaids the bathroom included essential toiletries and fresh towels were available this made my stay pleasant.

the spa facilities include a pool and jacuzzi that are available to guests i noted the pool was clean and well-kept the gym included several cardio machines that allowed for a workout.

the breakfast buffet had many options. the spa facilities were a definite highlight with a large swimming pool and a heated whirlpool. secure parking next to the hotel gave me comfort.
the room i was assigned needed a refresh specifically the dated bathroom could use some tlc.

quick walk nearby railway station good gym many options
i found the location excellent, a quick walk to town and the railway station was nearby. the gym had good equipment for a workout session. breakfast offered many options, so i ate well each morning. the staff seemed very helpful.
the bathroom taps was slightly outdated. it was a minor issue! though

The classic double room featured a double bed and basic furnishings, perfect for one or two guests. i found the space adequate for a short stay and appreciated the cleanliness. storage space was a bit limited though. So, it suited a brief visit.

lack of air conditioning hotel noise
i was quite let down by a few things. the room felt very warm as it lacked air conditioning. also, i found the hotel to be quite noisy.

excellent quality buffet style stiff door no air
the cooked breakfast had an excellent quality. the buffet style presentation made it very accessible. the staff were super great, too. the bar staff made excellent cocktails.
i found no air con in the room. it was a shame as it was so very hot. the door to the balcony was stiff. it could use oiling to make it easier to open.
