Family-focused reviews and ratings
A lovely hotel with comfy beds and great food! The boat trip was cancelled, which was disappointing, but the overall experience was still positive.
My wife and I had a nice stay, the location was great for exploring Chester's Christmas markets, and the breakfast was delicious. However, there were a few maintenance issues in our room that weren't addressed.
The hotel's location is its best feature; it's close to everything. The spa needs updating, and the restaurant could use some modernization. While the service wasn't always perfect, we had a nice stay overall.
A fantastic stay! The hotel is charming, the staff are excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring Chester. I loved the canal-side location, the delicious breakfast buffet, and the relaxing spa facilities.
The hotel is in a great spot, the pool and gym are lovely, and the staff are generally friendly. The breakfast is plentiful, and the pub is great, but my room was disappointingly small.
